I can see why Canelo doesn't want to fight against Bivol for his titles. I'm not mad at him. Who wants to lose their belts against a guy he knows he can't beat?

A very very hard fight to predict, but I have Bivol to win on points. Unless Bertebiev gets the knockout of course, but I just can't see Bivol dropping his guard, but then again, what do I know.

Two points. 👀 Betterbiev has been knocked down by lesser fighters, Callum Johnson, and Jeff Page Jr. than Bivol. Bivol was hammered in the back of the head, after the bell by Joe smith and yet he was wobbled he didn't go down. 👊

You cannot compare the 38 years old of Beterbiev with another boxer at 38 years old . Beterbiev is different. Look what he is doing in the gym. No other boxer can do that. A warm-up for Beterbiev is a training session for the others boxer

Bivol style is really impressive.

One of the best matches to be made. I'm taking Bivol because of his skills and Beterbiev's holes in his defense, but with a beast like that anything can happen. Bivol will have to be nearly perfect start to finish.

Beterbiev is not a 12 round boxer, he has to knock bivol early, and if not, bivol will kill him in the later rounds coz bivol is a 12 round fighter and never slows down

Have mercy on Canelo: Beterbiev hits like a heavyweight and Canelo is just a middleweight.

IF we ever see this Fight Made it will be Fight Of The Century. I’m not holding my breath.

This will have to be a perfect fight from Bivol, Beterbiev is the boogyman of boxing right now and one slip up can be the end of everything even in the home stretch.

This fight is very intriguing, I believe Bivol beats Beterbiev though. It is tough to pick against someone who possesses the power that Beterbiev has, but I just think Bivol is the much better fight all around. His distance control, counterpunching, footwork, and jab will all be difficulties for Beterbiev to deal with. Beterbiev gets hit more and Bivol gets hit less.

У Бивола много слабых мест - он не умеет правильно исполнять апперкот, мало работает по корпусу, он однообразен и предсказуем со своими one-two, one-two-three. И у него ударной мощи, а это значит, что он не сможет удерживать Артура на дистанции.

I don't think he is at the end of his career. He probably has 6-7 more years in his career, especially because he plans to move up to Cruiserweight if he becomes undisputed in LHW. He is as fit as Hopkins was at 39. His last two or three fights will probably be against Usyk, when Artur is 43-44 and Oleksandr is 39-40.

You would have to kill Bertebiev in the ring to win. His punches are devastating as he has sent many boxers to hospital. Bertebiev will win in my books.

Bivol wins on points. He is a Complete fighter defense and offense. Really technical and has fought better opposition. Beterbeiv almost lost on points to a couple of fighters before his power bailed him out. Canelo couldn't hurt Bivol even when the few times he got hit flush. And Canelo was knocking out almost everyone they put in front of him

Canelo is a shredded middleweight, Beterbiev hits like a heavyweight, like Wilder in his best years. Bivol has great defensive skills, but he is not versatile at all in his attack. I've never seen him throwing devastating uppercuts and he often neglects the bodywork. Bivol is rather monotonous and predictable in his attack, mainly throwing one-two, one-two-three.

They both have good defensive skills with their guards up, both are aggressive but bivol will be a hands up in stealing small open gaps quickly to land his punch coz he is a very fast counter puncher

Beterviev is much better in terms of power and defence.... although bivol is much faster he still lacks power so I will bet my vote to beterviev...🤗🤗🤗💪🦾💪👍👍👍👍

I don't think you can definitively say Bivol's performance was less impressive versus Smith than Beterbiev's. Bivol dominated Smith every round. Was never once in danger. And Smith didn't land a single big punch on him. Compared to Beterbiev who while he did KO Smith. He got hit with some big punches, and lost rounds. So it's hard to draw any conclusions from their fight with the same opponent. And styles make fights. Each matchup is unique to itself. 1 thing is certain. This fight will be must see!

That's actually the opposite, Bivol was caught a few times by Smith and wobbled at the end of the 10th round, Artur smashed Jr to pieces with no effort and no worry.

He can win on points, or accumulate enough damage to finish him via KO/TKO. Whereas I think Artur's only avenue to victory is via KO. Should be an exciting fight! Who do you think is victorious..?

Did you actually watch Bivol vs Smith? Bivol was badly hurt by a looping right hook from Smith at the very end of Round 10 and he could hardly stumble to his corner, holding onto ropes in order not to collapse. And in Round 11 Smith hurt him again so that Bivol had to rescue himself by clinching. It took Beterbiev 4.5 minutes to take Smith out.

I adore and respect both fighters. Beside thier boxing skills also their personalities are great. No thrash talk, no bulliying the opponents, just pure boxing. Bivol is an amazing boxer, absolutely he has more skills than BB. As Teddy Atlas said he is like an orchestra, he has everything to show. On the other side BB's power and underestimated skills are very solid. Even Bivol said that BB is the strongest man he has ever seen and he siad he witnessed that BB can beat HWs on sparrings. If this match happen, in my humble opinion first rounds will be for Bivol verry clear. However, as long as he taste BB's power punches following rounds he will be down phsically and mentally and will be KO in late rounds.

I agree with your prediction; as regards the skills, Bivol definitely has better defensive skills, but Beterbiev's offensive skills are far superior to those of Bivol. If you analyze Bivol's fights, he is very monotonous and predictable in his attack, throwing mainly one-two, one-two-three. Bivol seldom throws uppercuts and often neglects bodywork.

Usyk did not beat Beterbiev. That was a controversial win on points but even that was screwed since Artur knocked down Usyk in both Olympic fights with body shots. On one occasion Usyk even stopped fighting and started whining about an illegal punch - exactly what he did in his fight against Dubois. In LHW Beterbiev defeated Usyk, but in heavyweight where Usyk was 20 pounds heavier than Beterbiev there were dubious wins by Usyk on points. Beterbiev just lacked enough rounds to stop Usyk. He dropped him in Round 3 and if the fight continued for another 3-4 rounds he would have stopped Usyk.

Bieterbiev was also running out of gas in the later part of round 3 so you can't be sure about that

100% KO, 3 belts, that's enough proof that Beterbiev is a level above Bivol. Pay attention to the accuracy of his shots, his power, and his opponents. Beterbiev's opponents are more qualified. I think 21-0-0

I find it so funny that people call Canelo a Mexican which I have all the respect for and their fighters. But Canelo is a strait up ginger white boy raised in Mexico. It would be like some white fighter at Canelo's caliber being raised in Africa being called an African. It would never happen.

His parents were born in Michoacan. So if he is not Mexican, who are Mexicans? Are they the people who lived in Mexico before the Spanish conquered them? And two of these five weer very questionable losses to Usyk whom Artur knocked down twice with body punches even in big amateur gloves. If there were more rounds in amateur boxing, Ystk would have been stopped for sure.

Usyk big CW 205lb did a lot of combo to the head of Beterbiev small CW 183lb. without the helmet, Beterbiev gets knocked out.

The oppositewas true: small Beterbiev knocked Usyk twice with body punches. If there were more rounds in amateur boxing, Usyk would have been stopped for sure.

It would have been Bieterbiev who would have been knocked out because he was actually puffing out in the 3rd round because of the ernomous number of punches he was throwing

I give it to Dima because Artur doesn’t have very good defense. Dima is very good all around. He’s got fantastic offense and defense. That’s why I think Dima wins.

It's more important for Beterbiev to become undisputed at this stage, because if he does he will soon vacate his titles and move up to Cruiserweight to start a unification campaign there, and Bivol is still young enough to reclaim some of the titles in LHW. The only threat for him would be David Benavidez moving up to LHW.
