My Cat got stolen, I had an after market Walker brand Cat installed. I bought one of these Miller Cat shields and it was rattling against the down pipe flange at the front of the cat and also on the center piece that covers the after market cat. These covers for my Honda Accord are not very ridged and every time the AC cycles on & off you could see the Cat shield bounce up and down, hitting the exhaust pipe/catalytic converter. They should have put dimple die holes in the shields to make it more ridged. I contacted the company and they wanted pictures and mileage of the car, they came back and wanted me to buy their rubber exhaust hangers at $15. Sorry Miller Cat, you need to re-engineer your product for this vehicle. Not worth $400 when I have a $100 deductible through insurance and I could just buy some cable and muffler clamps for under $100.

I have a 2000 Honda Accord and same thing happened to me 😢.

I got a cat shield but doesn’t have the middle piece… it’s OEM… I don’t understand why they didn’t put the middle piece in 😏😏

Cat is tucked in really good! The thieves be like, let's move along. Lol.

Not a big fan of these. I've had good luck spray painting mine with hi-temp orange paint. My one car that has one is now loud as hell as the box seems to amplify it.

DEMOLITION916 does this work on a 2019 Honda? Are the cats pretty secure on a 2019 already?

@@cornmusiq73 you don't need it. New accord 08 and newer catalytic converters are mounted to the engine and possibly the turbo if turbo charged. Thief would need access to the engine under the hood and about an hr to remove.

No cats no problem. Straight pipe it! 😉
