Just a quick video showing how I installed the MillerCat CAT Shield on my 2007 Honda Accord 2.4L with an aftermarket Walker Catalytic Converter. The aftermarket converter version of this shield comes with a small add-on shield that you will connect to the two main shields. If you have the original catalytic converter or OEM converter, you can order it without the add-on shield.
This was an easy install and I am very happy with it. This CAT Shield is a must if you drive a 2003-2007 Honda Accord with the 2.4L engine. I am very happy with it and think I will sleep a little better knowing that the catalytic converter is protected. If you still have your oem converter, or even if it's already been stolen and replaced. My friend and I were talking about this issue and I had told him that my converter had been stolen and that he might want to add comprehensive coverage to their 2006 Honda Accord with the 2.4L engine. Luckily he did, because about a month later his vehicle's catalytic converter was stolen from out in front of his house. He had it replaced with an OEM converter at a cost of around $4500 through insurance with a $250 deductible.
...And then it got stolen again! So he just had it replaced a 2nd time!
(Another $4500 and another $250 deductible.)
I recommended this shield to him (along with painting and engraving it) otherwise, it will probably happen again...

FAQ's
Will the shield interfere with maintenance such as engine oil and transmission fluid changes?
All Miller CAT Cat Shields will not interfere with your oil changes. Some vehicles will require the shield to be removed for transmission fluid changes. Check your maintenance schedule on how frequently to change your transmission fluid.
Does this shield cause the converter to overheat?
No, our shields will not cause overheating or damage to your vehicle. In addition to shields, we manufacture catalytic converters, so we know how to protect them without damaging the converter or your vehicle.
