It’s essentially steak and fries made economically, like Canadian poutine with rice and steak in Vietnamese style.
Steak and fries Recipe:
To marinate the beef:
3 tbsp cooking oil more oil for stir-frying.
1 tsp fish sauce
1 ½ tbsp light soy sauce
or 2 tbsp soy sauce if you don’t have any fish sauce.
3 tbsp oyster sauce,
1 tsp ground black pepper
