Thank you so much next week on Monday we are making focaccia and milk bread and I was so confused on the focaccia recipe because it listed the three ingredients twice I know how to do the sponge method we did it in class before to make cinnamon rolls(sweet rich dough) and I knew the first three ingredients made the sponge but after that I was confused this video really helped me thank you!!!!

Erm open the tin, hold it over the sink and press down on the lid tipping the liquid out... why the hell did you make more of an issue out of this ... what a waste... Any normal person would do this.. nobody would put it on tissue and dry it..
