Amazing - I lived in Zambia as a kid from '77 to '82 when ZamRock was in full swing - I had no idea this was going on. Love it!

I feel like one of these days you’re going to start showing off some Zeppelin records from Jimmy Pages personal collection 😉 so great to finally meet you at your shop back in October. Was great chatting with Pete and coming away with a mindblowingly rare Rikki Ililonga “Dread Eyes” first pressing. Appreciate all you do for vinyl community and listeners everywhere.

Nirvana In Utero limited edition on clear was the first record I ever bought in '93, freshman year of high school. I didn't even have a turntable yet but I loved Nirvana, it said limited edition and crazy to think about now but it was cheaper then the CD. The second record I bought was AIC Sap/Jar of Flies. Still have them almost 30 years later.

That Paw record so good. I got to see them twice touring to support that record, once opening for the Breeders. Good stuff!

Got to see WITCH this past October, felt very lucky that I heard of them shortly before they toured and got to enjoy a once in a lifetime show! Hope they are up for touring again!

17:00 Damn, that is a killer album. They were highly underappreciated by the masses. I saw them 2x 1993-1994. They have a heavy cover of Atlanta Rhythm Section's "Imaginary Lover" as a b-side on the Sleeping Bag single from '93.

My local shop has the Misfits OG I keep looking at but have not wanted to drop the dollars on. Maybe someday…. I know he would give me a great deal on it. Always enjoy the funk and Zamrock.

Im curious. What Zamrock album do you not have ? Ibeen collecting records since I was a little kid so about 1982 and knew what Zamrock was but only knew Witch, Salty Dog & Paul/ Gnozi Family until I just watched your video, then watched some Documentary's. Now I wanna collect some. I probably will have to do Reissues since they are so expensive and hard to find but that's okay.

Still waiting on finding me a low cost but still decent Godsmack - Godsmack vinyl record that would be awesome to find

You should try to score yourself a US promo copy of Facelift. I passed on one a couple years back around $500, wish I would have bought it. I'm fine with my UK promo though.

Speaking of grunge, I have Jacob’s Mouse, a rare UK grunge band that opened for Nirvana on their UK leg of their first world tour, it’s not worth a lot but I like it! Also do you have any TAD? I have 8 way Santa with the album cover that got them heavily sued, it’s hilarious! Look it up

For me a holy grail record is Alice In Chains- jar of flies and two weeks ago I randomly found it in a really good form and it has sap with it it’s a double lip form 94 with the name Alice In Chains etched in the back of the last disk for $150 I bit the bullet and bought it it’s easily the best thing I got and don’t regret I out that on instantly when I got home and I was happy

man I've been looking for an original copy of bleach but the only one I can find is a reprint that apparently sounds very flat and just bad. I have In Utero from the same company and the same year and I can confirm that one sounds terrible

I am from Detroit and I have an eclectic taste in music. One group I like is from Senegal and their music has a Cuban Senegalese sound. You probably have heard of them because they been around for decades they are called Orchestra Baobab. I hope I can find the names and titles you shown on allmusic. Peace out!
