I think its a very big issue in India (where education & its achievements mostly define a kids worth). I did come across pretty bad teachers (who never face students, prefer to stare at wall or window or blackboard or book, got 0 curiosity & excitement when teaching a concept) during my time(I got to study in 2 of most prestigious institutes in Indi)a. Not everyone can be teachers. It requires certain skill to inspire younger generations. With due respect, I wish existing teachers can introspect on this a bit and voluntarily resign or find other vocations. Unfortunately I see a lot of folks who are not good at studies (cannot get any other jobs) get into teaching profession. I wish folks pick teaching as a profession purely out of their interest. A GOOD teacher makes a ton of difference/impact. Having followed your videos, I got to say you definitely got teaching skill. Keep them coming and thanks for making them.
