Bro. These are awesome! Needed these so badly for basketball. I feel stuck to the ground. This will help me so much. Thank you!

Hi Dane, first of all awesome videos, man! The ones that cover rugby exercises are especially helpful cos I'm trying to build some more muscle and size in order to get back to play. I just have one question: do you have any videos that cover rugby speed exercises and drills at home to improve performance or if not are you planning on doing a video along those lines? Thanks, brother and take care!

Good stuff, also applies to tennis, esp tennis doubles (lots of dynamic multidirectional movement.)

Can you also use a cable and attach a belt around your waist to substitute a for a sled

I see you impleted the sled, stronger knees am I right? 🤣 Overall having the sled is very great and detrimental use for making stronger ligaments to stabilize the muscles for better acceleration around the court 👏

Awesome content as always, I love the creative excercises and variations. The one question I do have is do we need to make the same funny noises when we do these excercises?

You should never cross feet in lateral movements in Basketball.

  • @oneshottwo

myth the best defenders ever always crossed their feet once they got beat so they can recover faster. When you’re in control, keep away from crossing but if you get beat slide and sprint back into position
