While it was good to hear about the differences in neighborhoods it would've been helpful to get some semblance of pricing in the surrounding neighborhoods of the Romantic Zone. For instance, he mentioned that units in the Romantic Zone can sell for $1M. But other than saying that one can find somewhat better pricing in Conchas Chinas and Amapas, etc., there was no mention of that pricing.

thanks for your comment. There is a huge range is a lot of the reason why - it really depends on what people are looking for. That said, we will be filming some properties in the coming months so stay tuned for that where we will be able to provide more info and pricing.

Has anyone ever done a video on where to find preconstruction builders who will be constructing in the near future, so that one has a chance to get first pick at a condo? Everytime I find a decent place it appears that all the good floors are gone.

House Hunters International is still on the air on HGTV. Mexico Life unfortunately has been cancelled (as has Caribbean Life, Hawaii Life)

It would be nice if Taniel looked after his clients from the adage development debacle and get them their deposit back from grupo gova! Shameful.
