Thanks for this valuable information. I hope it's not as bad as in Canada where the tax office makes the foreign seller wait for several months and even years before releasing the excess taxes they force you to pay upfront ! Also Mexico shouldn't allow canadians to buy residential real estate since the canadian government bans all foreigners from buying real estate in canada. Just to be fair and reciprocate.

Volume of this video is too low. Many people like to listen to videos while they bicycle or run, channels that don’t use compressor to bring up their volume will not be listened to by active people running and jogging just because they are too difficult to here compared to outdoor noise.

Hello!! I would love you please to make a video of Cabo San lucas , San Jose, La Paz or any other town in Baja California Sur, but more in land, more in touch and connected to local people. Cuz what I saw and how I felt watching that video was like living in the states or something like isolated apart or away from local people. Because everyone is moving there. Not just from the US and Canada but also from Europe and elsewhere! Causes the real estate prices to skyrocket

B.s. that’s called the gringo price u need to travel there itself and do ur own in person research..I’m closing on 2 acres for 2k and tbh that’s a lot don’t listen to these KZread people..yeah of course land price will b more in more tourist areas

Well I got a good laugh when on one hand he called his profession a real estate professional, but in the next sentence he said you don’t have to be licensed, and don’t be surprised if your cab driver doesn’t want to sell you a house. I need a tequila and Corona
