He was over the top awesome in this movie, love watching him play villains since Shane.

Pretty much spot on. The guy who played the father was almost three years older then Jack. I wonder if they checked or it was just a guess.

MST3K/Rifftraxs always did research on the films. That's why some of their jokes would seem kind of weirdly specific or their comments would seem really esoteric ^_^

This is why it isn’t such a great idea to base a film script off of your middle school D&D campaign.

On a funny coincidence, I named my first D&D character after a MST3K reference, after joking about it with some at the table

Us British fans of a certain vintage, will be delighted by the appearance of fondly remembered comedy icons Bernard Bresslaw and Roy Kinnear amongst others in this film

It's astounding how much the quality of footage differs between A-roll and B-roll in this movie.

It could be worse. Jack Palance could have wore a battle helmet with bat wings welded into it...

I can’t believe they let the presence of a character named Drogo slip past them. I would’ve said something like “Not Khal Drogo, Drogo Baggins (Frodo’s father. Not making this up).”

This 1980 movie has Hawk men and a guy named Voltan that constantly overacts but somehow isn’t Flash Gordon

Thanx, didn't catch some of the sound disparities but they turned out good enough and always add something, plus the main goal with all these is to compile for those giant edits with all the episodes, the MST3K compilation being the main goal though.

I unironically love the dialogue in this movie. It's just so charming.

Just some video editing software, but from there it's just a slow and steady learning process that always requires some patience to complete the bigger projects, but the better the software the better the shortcuts and options are to likely cut down on a lot of time, but personally I am so used to my outdated software that I don't mind taking the extra time because the familiarity outweighs it at the moment.
