No, he didn't! The guy wh did that was Phillipe Bugalski, who won 2 WRC rounds aboard a Citröen Xsara Kit-Car.

Out right speed is not that critical, what people see is the sliding through corners, braking just at the point of crashing, and the sound of the pilot with the throttle pinned. F2 got rallying back to the days of group 4 with the sounds and sights. Group B for all its folklore was a technical spectical, group A, was make the best of a bad situation and group N, just to make the No's up. FIA should have promoted F2, not irrelevant turbo 4wd expensive and irrelevant technologies for road cars.

I had the opportunity to enjoy 3 laps co-driving Jeannot at Estoril (2003) on the R5 Turbo Maxi in which he won the Tour de Course 1985. It was just a glorious experience and one of the highlights of my life ! Merci Jean Ragnotti ! Vasco

Is plainly obvious that this guy is a great driver and can swing that car around like its an extension of himself, I love the crazy ass speed they use going through some of the tracks straights even some corner 's!

Dieu du rallye tout simplement...

J'ai eu la chance de le voir rouler à maintes reprises et chaque fois c'était le même plaisir. Un immense pilote doublé d'un mec super. Merci Jeannot.

Je l’ai vu rouler juste une fois en demo sur une course de côte qu’on organisait avec notre toute petite écurie du 29N …. Un homme irrésistible et d’une humilité fabuleuse …. Il était heureux et réjouit de voir jeunes pousses prendre le volant !!!…. Un vrai gentlemen driver et jamais avare de conseils aux jeunes pilotes !!!…. Respect total et inconditionnel à Monseigneur Jean !!!…. 👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ah le rallye dans les années 90, j'étais gosse mais toutes ces bagnoles et ces pilotes me faisaient rêver. Les Clio Maxi, les Megane Maxi, les 306 Maxi et autres Xsara kit car... Ragnotti, Panizi, Bugalski ...

@@shaggy5561 Oh yeah for sure. Everything went downhill after 2008 I believe when they started introducing restrictions and all the cars got same-y. Just like F1… The uniqueness of the cars and similarity to the road going models is what made pre-2000s rally especially good imo…

C'est vieux ton commentaire,je pense que ta oublié les 2seb et il le prouve encore. Mince Loeb ES8 tombe en panne alors qu'il sont premier. Les deux Seb sont premiers et pourrait dominer sans problème les jeunes. Je suis pas chauvin mais c'est monstrueux nos français,un beau pays de champion

@@pascalpinte7241 C'est sûr que sa conduite ne s'apparente pas à celle de Mc Rae ou Kubica, mais pour avoir eu la chance de faire quelques kilomètres à ses côtés à bord d'une R 11 Turbo, je l'avais trouvé un peu fou. Mais je revois mes idées, et vous avez raison, c'est un artiste du volant, un virtuose du travers maîtrisé et le pilote le plus cool que j'aie jamais rencontré.

PL: Najlepsze w CLIO MAXI było to, że była ją słychać od staru do mety każdego odcinka - tak była głośna! Jean Ragnotti paired with FWD maxi car is my favorite combo aswell, but 306maxi and later Xsara were indeed faster. Not as big spectacle as this tho.

le dieu du 2 rm deux époques pas comparable du grand jeannot plus impressionnant que maintenant .pourtant sa roule très fort en wrc proche des fameux gr b mais a regarder!! jeannot est époustouflant même si j adore ogier et loeb les kit car reste un myte .et vive tout c est pilote français et profiter de c est grand nom car la relève française des seb et bien !!!!ce n est pas prés de se reproduire avec une domination de 14 ans consécutifs un grand merci a tout c est pilote qui nous font révè.
