When they say "harmed", they mean killed, but I'll bet KZread would screw with their monetization for putting that text onscreen. They expect people to know that people falling off stuff and banging into stuff will feel pain and get hurt...but maybe they're giving the KZread audience too much credit, because posts like this always show up under these videos.
