@@alphazulu9stormer770 Meanwhile US, NATO and Ukraine battalions, are all having recruitment style videos uploaded around the same time, including some merc-like groups or 'volunteers' - I wonder where all of a sudden, this funding is coming in from, and who is actually preparing for an all out 'war' or bigger conflict... Knowing that Russians are pushing into Ukraine like nothing, and that Ukraine is about to fall, same with Joe Bidens presidency - I would assume its the Western Elites that are preparing for what they do best, fuelling the war to a bigger level, as that is how money is made in the West, wars and proxy wars wagered on other countries, taking ownership of businesses in that country, as well as trillions of debt afterwars. In your place, I wouldn't be so scared of Russia or China, neither of them have got an interest in an all out war conflict, their stats are only going up, in the US and Western stats that are being hit by inflation, crime, drugs, pedophiles, and child traffickers - in your place, I would prepare for those things and would take care of your OWN country first, before going into another country 'being a hero'. Go fix your drug problems, go fix 9 million illegal immigrants.... Useless.

I worked in a major British army clothing store for a year and a half, and saw at least 2 of these virtus helmets come in broken a week. Luckily we had plenty to replace them, but obviously you guys don't have that luctury. The one piece of advice I can give is please don't hang the helmet from the chin strap, and instead use the D ring at the back of the helmet.

One thing to add: if composite helmet is stored properly it’s protection level may even increase over time as chemicals used in helmet’s construction evaporate and layers bind together more efficiently.

If you rearrange your pads a little, you can wear Peltor Comtac IIIs under a low-cut ACH comfortably (as they were designed). That was the setup I ran for years. The best part about the larger helmets with greater coverage is the neck pain and headaches they cause, causing overall less use. Helmets only work when you wear them. So you're more likely to die having a "better coverage" helmet because it's probably off because it's uncomfortable.

I bought it from an army surplus store many years ago. The build and material is similar to 2000s US helmets, but it's way more comfortable than the one I used in my service because it has these pad things in it instead of classic harness and suspension which I've never seen.

One question. Are you guys allowed to use Atacs fg as I saw that many Russian units use MOX as well but the pattern is similar to multicam and both use multicam so I always asked myself is it banned or allowed still for use because of recognition reasons.

Its not banned, ussualy people wear few random pouches in that pattern and that's it l, if you have a-tacs fg from head to toe, you would not be allowed to do that

@@valgear5525 Understood.Saw some Ukranian soliders in uniforms of Atacs with green plate carriers or multicam ones. The camo pattern is good in my opinion.I belive USA made the pattern first and russia just took it and named it MOX.Corrrct me if I am wrong.I know GROM uses it so this is why I asked.

Eberlestock, pick what suits you and that has the external or internal frame. The warhammer, the battleship etc they have more small mid sized too. Like using two bat wings on sides of another internal pack

I'm issued a Ops Core FAST and while they're cool i'm honest here, i wouldn't want to go to war with it. First: UHMWPE sucks. Second: coverage. There is a picture of a guy with a M92 that catched shrapnel to the earpiece. I would've been dead with my FAST. We currently transition back to modern aramid full cuts.

If he had any I'm sure he'd have talked about it I don't think a great many (if any) have been provided as part of aid packages (they mostly want weapons and ammo) and on the secondhand market ITAR makes getting things like weapon parts and body armor out of the country tricky.

I can't really think of any current issue helmet that comes with a good suspension/liner First thing I did when I joined the army was buy the team Wendy chinstrap and ops core pads for my ACH. Made a world of difference and cost me $200.
