Same honestly just takes time to develop you grip but I have a little hand towel that I wipe my hands on. I also have used this sticky spray made for pole on my hands that worked phenomenal! Not sure the brand tho, hope this helps!

Buy “dry hands” it’s a liquid chalk I think but it gives grip and helps stop sweat. Kinda expensive but 100% worth it

I have sweaty hands and feet so I know your pain! I have been poling for 1 year 6 months now and can tell you that you will get less sweaty with practice. At my studio we have towels to wipe down the poles before we use them. I use this to dry my hands between tricks. Also you can use grip aids like "Dry Hands" which someone else suggested. If you are a super sweaty person like me, you can put on an antiperspirant like Tite Grip (you need to apply this at least 30 minutes before poling), then the grip aid.

I was told to not use grip aids like dry hands because you’ll never learn the grip strength and then you’ll always need grip aids. If you have really sweaty hands (for me it’s not just pole it’s life) try Carpe. It’s an antiperspirant for other areas besides your armpits. I used it 2 twice as directed and my hands were minimally sweaty during pole. Only warning if you have dry knuckles or eczema I would be careful with the use.

Thank you so much for the videos! I was just wondering - what do I do if my grip is too tight? I can't seem to be able to rotate on a static pole when my weight is off the ground. (Also a beginner)

Oh, I saw your comment just now. It‘s been an year. I‘m sorry I missed that question earlier. Do you lean out on the pole to create opposition and more momentum? Do you have the fingers loose, holding more with your palm? Are you using too much grip aid?
