I have heavy sweat in my entire body and it has been a pain to execute spins w/o collapse. Its been 5 months since i started taking classes and im hurting my elbow every spinning class and i dont even know how lol... any tips for protecting from injuries?
Ich wollte mich tatsächlich anmelden, und genau an dem Tag habe ich den Janeiro selbst geübt, der Trick an sich hat sogar geklappt, aber beim klettern habe ich mir die Schulter irgendwie verletzt. Oh man 😢
Ohnoo Gute Besserung! Wenn du die Aufnahmen später haben möchtest, schreib mir eine Email.
Very good explaining 👌
Damn
JUMPING in the clouds🪐
Our instructor calls it being a turtle.😂
🤣🤣🤣
This is the most accurate explanation found anywhere with great conditioning!!!! LOVE this video! I’m gonna put all of this into action!
Thanks! Glad you find it useful
What a figure, spectacular, a poetic movement of sensuality, light and powerful.
Gorgeous 😍
Thank you!
It's amazing!!! 🤩👍
Miglena, can I join this class even if I got my Janeiro (on one side :D) from Brass Monkey? I definitely need more entrances and ways out!
Absolutely! I think it‘s perfect for polers like you who‘ve tried Janeiro and also succeded but want to make it more solid by learning entries and putting it into combos. And second side of course. I find it very straining when you do one side only. Would love to see you in class.
this was really good advice, i need to work on this!
wow! love it!
what an artist you are!
Aww Thaaanks!
First class 😅 if I hold too tightly I wouldn't be able to rotate or just simply walk around the pole.
Sexy
Girl the way you control that pole 🤩🤩🤩
background music is so accurate 😂
Haha Thanks for appreciating it
Really beautiful feet. Good work
I love how specific your tips are!
Thanks! Glad you like them
Woah incredible stability! Do you have any tips on how not to be completely red in the face while inverting?
Interesting question. It has never been a concern of mine. It‘s usually a natural reaction. Are you breathing though? Lol I exhale during inverting and I keep breathing as naturally as possible when upside down
Man, this choreography is so fluid and beautiful. I just love it, specially at the parts when you jumped (felt like some videogames or animations).
Aww Thank you! So glad to hear that you like it. And thanks for pointinh out which part you like the most. I‘ve never seen it that way. Now I start liking it more too. Heheh
i have sweaty hands so i use liquid chalk
This is amazing! I joined a studio and they asked us to try an invert in the SECOND beginners class. 😣 I was feeling so discouraged but I realize I really need to work on basic upper body strength. However, when I do these strong grip pole conditioning exercises I find that I “swing” around the pole if that makes sense. I can’t hold nice and steady. Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone have this problem? Thanks for the amazing video, will subscribe ❤
Thank you so much for this series! This is exactly what I've been asking myself -- what do I do with my hands?? And with my head?? Such a good breakdown. Thank you!
You‘re welcome! Glad you find it useful
It is such a joy to watch you dance! ❤🥰
Great tip!
I'm an intermediate and still do this...lmao But that's actually a great tip, will try!
😆
personally I find looking down while on spinning just makes the routine harder because you can get nausea much easier
Yeah, if the floor is spinning, then this will make you nauseous. But if you‘re looking at your legs/feet, then this might be alright, as they‘re turning with you and it‘s a somewhat fixed point
Thank you❤
Big difference ! 👌👏 Great tip 👍
Makes me wanna get back into pole!
how did u build ur splits?
Good tips! Graciasss!
super good tip, thanks!
Your legs are sooo sexy... Keep up the good work like always
Where is your top from?
Luna Pole Wear. This code should give you some discount on their website INFPMIGLENA10
@@ThePoleDancer Thanks! Unfortunately it doesn't work. But I did successfully track it down.
Hello! Does anyone know what the theme is called? The one she mentions does not correspond to the one she dances with. It looks similar at the beginning, but then it's a Croatian rap guy, Russian I don't know... Somebody help me please? Thank you so much ❣️
Victor Weed - Grey Killer By the way, there‘s an app called Shazam which you can use to find the name of a track
@@ThePoleDancer 😍 I love you!! ❣️❣️❣️
Yes ! Just had stall bars installed in my home . I love ❤ them. Great addition to my pole .
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Beautiful
Since the poles are horizontal you are more stable that's what makes your work on the vortical pole so amazing it's all very nice... thanks 🙂👏
You are an excellent teacher! thank you!!
You make it look so effortless!
Tô louca pra aprender a fazer esse movimento 😍😍
Danke für das diese tolle Erklärung ❤❤❤
❤❤
Stunning picture, lovely figure with stunning light grace.
Wow great work 🙂👍👍 you get two thumbs up from me
omg question when did u get ur splits ur so flexy. im a man who just started and i have NO flexibility and im struggling tryna get flexy as fast as i can. i go to flexibility classes but its hard !
Uhh, I’m probably not the right person to compare with. I did rhythmic gymnastics as a child. I did loose most of my flexibility after not doing any sports for 15 years but then it came back relatively quickly when I decided to get it back. Flexibility is super individual. How long have you been working on it for? Do you feel like you‘ve made progress?
