    Ich wollte mich tatsächlich anmelden, und genau an dem Tag habe ich den Janeiro selbst geübt, der Trick an sich hat sogar geklappt, aber beim klettern habe ich mir die Schulter irgendwie verletzt. Oh man 😢

    Miglena, can I join this class even if I got my Janeiro (on one side :D) from Brass Monkey? I definitely need more entrances and ways out!

  • @ThePoleDancer
    @ThePoleDancer8 күн бұрын

    Absolutely! I think it‘s perfect for polers like you who‘ve tried Janeiro and also succeded but want to make it more solid by learning entries and putting it into combos. And second side of course. I find it very straining when you do one side only. Would love to see you in class.

    Woah incredible stability! Do you have any tips on how not to be completely red in the face while inverting?

  • @ThePoleDancer
    @ThePoleDancer20 күн бұрын

    Interesting question. It has never been a concern of mine. It‘s usually a natural reaction. Are you breathing though? Lol I exhale during inverting and I keep breathing as naturally as possible when upside down

    This is amazing! I joined a studio and they asked us to try an invert in the SECOND beginners class. 😣 I was feeling so discouraged but I realize I really need to work on basic upper body strength. However, when I do these strong grip pole conditioning exercises I find that I “swing” around the pole if that makes sense. I can’t hold nice and steady. Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone have this problem? Thanks for the amazing video, will subscribe ❤

    personally I find looking down while on spinning just makes the routine harder because you can get nausea much easier

  • @ThePoleDancer
    @ThePoleDancer25 күн бұрын

    Yeah, if the floor is spinning, then this will make you nauseous. But if you‘re looking at your legs/feet, then this might be alright, as they‘re turning with you and it‘s a somewhat fixed point

    omg question when did u get ur splits ur so flexy. im a man who just started and i have NO flexibility and im struggling tryna get flexy as fast as i can. i go to flexibility classes but its hard !

  • @ThePoleDancer
    @ThePoleDancerАй бұрын

    Uhh, I’m probably not the right person to compare with. I did rhythmic gymnastics as a child. I did loose most of my flexibility after not doing any sports for 15 years but then it came back relatively quickly when I decided to get it back. Flexibility is super individual. How long have you been working on it for? Do you feel like you‘ve made progress?
