I think the same !! Great explanations
This was extremely helpful and clear! This are the type of things they never teach you in a pole studio but for me are the key to make it look like a dance! So thank you so much, hopefully I can get to Berlin soon to have a class with you! :)

Thank you so much! I love the explanations and demonstrations of both 'wrong' and 'right'. Very helpful - I appreciate all the effort that went into this - thank you!
A MILLION THANKS FOR THIS VIDEO! I’ve been poling for about 2 years and I always look slightly awkward and unnatural, but couldn’t pinpoint why. This video addressed all of my concerns! So much knowledge and content is packed in it and you break it down crystal clear. I’ve practiced your tips and immediately see a difference ❤️😊

Reading this just made me so happy and filled my heart. Thank you for sharing it. You're the reason I'm creating these videos. ♥
Amazing amazing! Don’t stop posting please! So helpful and informative!
Your videos are so helpful and informative. As a beginner, my arms and hands are so overlooked because I'm so focused on pointing my toes! Thank you for breaking this down so elegantly 😊
Thanks again Miglena for a very helpful video. I hoop as well, and we call our arms T. rex arms. This tutorial will also help make my arms looks more graceful for on-body hooping moves.

I haven't thought about hooping and I don't have much experience with it. But I've heard of "T.rex arms" before and I'm adding it to my list of awkward gestures and moves.
This is one of my main questions when I see my photos and videos on pole. As I am tall and I have long arms, I usually don't like the positions of them. Thank you so much for sharing these informations! Success!😉🙏

You‘re very welcome! 😊 I just tried to send you an email regarding your booking for tomorrow‘s class and it keeps telling me that it can‘t be delivered. Can you please send me an email?
You are amazing. I just started pole, about 3 months ago. I pledged to go to my first competition in March as a novice. I was starting to get nervous about that commitment; with your guidance and this video, I feel confident I will do better than just OK. Thank you

Awesome! You will learn so much from this experience. Glad my videos are helping too.
You. Are. Incredible. You. Inspire. Me. Beyond. Belief. ☆☆☆☆☆ ♡♡♡
I am so bad with my arms! Thank you for this!
Could you do a video on leg isolations? Using legs in dance to express oneself? Recently I find myself struggling with using legs while dancing, I don’t know what to do with them. Upper body movement seems to come naturally, my body just flows to the music. Not so with legs, would be awesome to have moves for leg movement!

Great idea! Will keep it in mind.
Thank you so so much I cant afford lessons
I can only image how much preparation goes into making these videos 😳 Do you do the animations of the movement points yourself or do you have someone doing this for you? Just curious

Wauw great job ! I’m starting my first pole dancing class tonight ! 🤩 I have been wanting to learn this for 5 years but too scared for what people would think. Since findi g your videos I’m feeling more confident then ever ! You make it look so elegant and you are so graceful. Some other pole dance tutorials make it look too sexy or vulgar. Having your videos as a resource will make it easy to practice at home after learning something in class. Wish me good luck 😊
Wow, I will it. I am a robot 😂 but with your video a will be great. Saludos desde Venezuela ❤
