Beginner Pole Tutorial - A 3-Part Static Pole Flow

Greetings! More tutorials and workouts available on my website: sammypicone.com
*Make sure you are cleared by your doctor or PT if you have any injuries, questions, or concerns PRIOR to trying this tutorial.*
THE POLE THAT I USE:
I personally use a 45mm white powder coated xpole. However, I recommend 45mm chrome xpole for beginners (as long as you are not allergic to chrome). No drilling into the ceiling or floor required and very SAFE! Please use my affiliate link below to purchase your pole. Thank you!

I'm just 6 mins in right now, and I am so stunned by how much you are able to break down the move, and communicate where the body is, the energy lies, and how to add flourish. I wasn't sure about what to expect with your videos on your site, but now after I digest this one I'm really looking forward to the rest. Thanks for sharing your journey & your fire!

This is the first pole dancing tutorial I’ve seen in which the instructor truly breaks down, not only every segment of a move, but certain yet vital positioning you wouldn’t even think about. You are so articulately-spoken too. Thank you! I can’t wait to see more of your pole content and guidance.

There was a time when I realized that everything had it's own "sweet science" to it, from boxing, to horticulture...hell, to rocket science itself lol, but I must admit I never once imagined that pole dancing had it's own version of it, I am in awe, especially with the detailed description in which you broke it down, it's obvious you aren't playing any games on that pole, well done Ms. Picone, well done.

This is one of the best physical skill tutorials in *any* discipline I've seen on KZread. Loved the precise visual and verbal breakdowns of body positioning, the well-chosen replays and added text, and the reminders about patience and incorporating flow early on. No idea if you still see these comments but seriously, wow. Now I'm even more impatient for my home pole to arrive because I can't wait to dig into the patreon content. Thank you!

I practice pole at home. I followed your video start to finish and have practiced with it several times since. It was easy to follow without having to actually stop and watch what you are doing, pause, try again, repeat which is what makes "following along" to other videos hard. Your verbal explanation during the video made it easy to just listen and practice the dance and only pause and rewatch a certain part IF necessary. I cant wait to see more!! You have such a rad look too!
