BEST GUN FOR PRESSURE WASHER. SUPER NICE.

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

BEST GUN FOR YOUR PRESSURE WASHER SETUP. I have used the OG Spec Mosmatic spray gun now for 6 months and it is by far one of the best pressure washer products that I have used. Great build quality and perfect for auto detailing. The Live swivel is great. The trigger is easy to pull and feels great in the hand. The rubber protected tip prevents any mishaps on the paint. This is by far one of the top pressure washer products out there. I always enjoy using my wall mounted pressure washer system. It is one of my favorite tools in my garage. I put links below for you to check out the spray gun. I also listed links to a less expensive alternative.
If you have any questions about the Mosmatic Spray Gun please feel free to ask in the comments. If you have a suggestion on a future video don’t hesitate to ask. The difference between the OG Spec top of the line version and the less expensive original Mosmatic spray gun is the recessed live inlet swivel as well as the ultra high end stainless steel quick disconnects. The live swivel reduces hose connection bulk and the high grade disconnect works great and is the most used connection on the system. (Switching from the spray nozzle to the foam cannon) A cheap fitting here is noticeable. There is a 58 dollar difference at the time of this filming (For the reviewed short gun) but the value of these components are well worth the money in my opinion. I have included some links to less expensive alternatives to accommodate those that may be interested in a more affordable yet still high quality version. The MTM versions I listed below are another really good option but are less quality than the Mosmatic options. Here is the breakdown. OG Mosmatic (Best option) Original Mosmatic (Second Best option) MTM (Third best option) All are great tools....

Due to a lot of questions about the difference with the less expensive Mosmatic original version Short gun I updated the description to discuss this topic. Long story short the High end version has a recessed live swivel and a ultra high grade disconnect. There is a price difference but in my opinion its money well spent. I like mine a lot and have used all types of sprayers over the years. I added links to the description to show all the different affordable options that I believe are great tools to own.

I got mine for $30 after a coupon on eBay, it is called Suttner ST-2605. Same exact gun but without built in swivel. Mosmatic doesn't make guns, Suttner does for them. As for the swivel, I installed my own for a half the price of the Mosmatic, and way better. Also the female quick connect I installed is way better than the Mosmatic. Total cost of my completed gun $65, and again, way better than that. Mosmatic is a fraud company. So overpriced...

@@rafars2246 There are plenty of pressure washer component options out there to suit each persons needs. Amazon and Ebay are full of them. This is the setup that I purchased and it has worked flawlessly for me. That is why I speak so highly about it. It showed up ready to go and looks and operates amazing. Fittings are small, function very well and gun and swivel looks minimalist too. No guess work or trial and error. I am personally not a big Ebay buyer but if you look around on there enough you will find some good deals. Always feels like I am lucky to get what I ordered with the ebay way of doing business. I am glad you found an option you are happy with. Thanks for watching.

@@HawaiiDetailing Amazon have lots of stuff, but lacks quality pressure washing products unfortunately. Except for those overpriced brands everyone knows. The extra chunk of metal doesn't bother me, but of course an integrated swivel looks better I guess. I had both, when it comes to feeling while working I feel no difference. Professionals use Suttner, General Pump, Northstar etc. Those are big players.

Hey Jeremy I was looking into the archives tonight and found this gem. Later that year I bought the the Active v52 Ultimate OG pressure washer solution with zero hands on experience with the lesser quality tools and thankfully OG spared me the disappointing results using the janky crap. I was delighted and had a blast washing my mother's SUV for her late Mother's Day gift with the OG spec swiveling Mosmatic sprayer!

I have the european version with mosmatic gd's which dont have the integrateg plug and imo thats a good thing. Believe or not but those plugs wear out in time, even my mosmatic plug which is like 1,5 years old has noticeable wearing on it. So imo integrated plug is not good. That little bit of bulk doesnt matter at tall, atleast it is replaceable. Other thing is that i also have MTM SGS35 european version and it is also very good gun. Mosmatic swivel is 10/10 and MTM swivel is 9+/10, but i think SGS might be bit more ergonomic. Both swivels under pressure, mosmatic is just tiny bit more fluid but not much real world difference. Great channel btw :)

The new OG Mosmatic sprayer would go great with a 1/4 inch uberflex hose. Reason why is because the new Mosmatic connection is tight up into the sprayer, which runs closer parallel to your wrist. When moving your wrist around, less fatigue. Your fighting less with off axis pivot points. So a 1/4 inch uberflex hose would complement this by being very flexible. That’s the route I’m going anyway.

I am not familiar with the specifics of that unit but the hose will need to be adapted to fit the sprayer. The gun has a 3-8 male plug connection so you would need a 3/8 female quick connector on the hose side. I am not sure of the fittings that are on there now so I can’t recommend what to get to adapt it.

Great video! I'm getting pretty much this whole setup minus the pressure washer (AC Blue 630TTS) but had a question on your kobra jet hose and cox reel. What size are they? IE: I'm trying to decide if I need a 75' hose compared to the 50'. And I know the Cox reels come in a larger size to accomidate the larger hose. When I measured from where I want to install the hose reel to the cars in my drive way the 50' will easily go to the FRONT of the car, but I can't make a complete circle as I would with a 75' hose. From your experience does one go all the way around a vehicle or would you do one side , then walk around the other side and to the spraying of the car? IE: I don't want to trip over a 75' hose because it's TOO long, but wasn't sure if the 50' and having to to 3/4 of the car then walk around the vehicle to do the other side makes sense (I hope I explained that properly)

I have a 100’ hose. In my opinion longer is better. You do not have to unwind any more hose then you need but it’s there if you want or need it. The unwound hose will just remain on the reel during use. If you need more hose length to get around the car or reach another area at least you will have it. Small upfront cost but worth it. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel.

I definitely do not recommend buying anything that does not fit your budget or match the way you plan to use it. There are however big differences with these guns. Recessed live swivel, high end disconnect, rubber shielded tip, etc. My channel is all about showing the best products that are available to us and when able showing or discussing the affordable alternatives as long as they offer the high end professional user experience. This gun is a high end version for sure. I think its totally worth it and it is the nicest gun on the market in my opinion. I would definitely not get rid of what you have if you are happy with it. If and when you need an upgrade I would consider this product if the extra bits that it offers are worth it to you. This industry has a lot of product and tool options available and you can always find someone out there to say their products are great. I try to offer my honest opinions and test products that I buy so that you can know what to expect when you buy them.
