Hello, I have all The ingredients measured out in the kitchen ready to mix when I get up isn’t it awful I am 76 I’ve always loved cooking and baking I could spend all afternoon baking for my husband and three sons pies and cakes without a care in the world now I have to do it in stages as my back aches but I still love baking and I love fruitcake and I like the look of this recipe so I will let you know tomorrow how it turned out and if I liked it and I had no trouble reading the recipe and I am blind in one Eye Love and greetings from New Zealand originally a valley girl from Wales

Yes, sure Sultana, dried pineapple, dried papaya, red glazed cherries, the little green bits are dried melon pieces. You can use whatever dried fruit and nuts available ❤️
