Excellent even with substituting butter with oil, flour with almond flour 100gm + gluten free flour 80 gms, soy milk keeping measurements exact . Only used raisins. Exceptionally good!! Thank you ❤

Delicious and simple. Hint: I lightly dust fruits with flour and then mix in: stops them sinking to bottom and batter can be poured in one go into cake tin 😊

I’m afraid it doesn’t work I tried it many times and the raisins were always sinking The ONLY method that works is making a thick dough so adding a bit more flour your dough mustn’t be too runny

I did it in.layers as suggested but lightly floured the fruit first. Worked beautifully for such a soft batter.

Excellent recipe but I had to tweak the temperature and baking time. I baked at 160 fan, which would have been 180 conventional oven, and it needed a full 55 minutes baking. Will definitely bake again. Family loved it!

So Sorry! Here's the Recipe: Dried fruits 100g (½ cup) 3 Eggs Sugar 150g (¾ cup) Melted Butter 150g (⅔ cup) Plain flour 180g (1 cup, 2 tablespoons) Baking powder 1 teaspoon Milk 60ml (¼ cup) Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional) Measuring cup size - 240ml Baking pan 21x11x6 cm Bake in a preheated Oven at 165c (329f) for 40-45 minutes [I will make the writing bigger from now on!]

Bonjour.grace a ta sympa icreation ce cake aux fruit .1 idée me vient que je vais faire 1 peu us mieux que vous 😅 dans vos fruit par exemple je vais plutôt les mélanger tout ensembles dans la pâte avant mettre au four ainsi j'aurais du fruits secs partout dans la cake.est non comme vous faites ?car tout tombe en bas au fond du plat est rien au milieu ? c'est mieux'es répartir partout en mélangeant dans la pâte c'est pas mieux ?😅 Salut merci

Not if you whisk at low speed just for about 20 seconds. It saves me time and make sure there won’t be any lumps. But you can always go for the folding method. ❤️
