  Instant Coffee 1 tablespoon Warm Milk 60ml (¼ cup) Sugar 175g (¾ cup, 2 tablespoons) Butter 175g (⅔ cup, 2 tablespoons) 4 Eggs (Medium size) Plain Flour 175g (1 cup, 2 tablespoons) Baking powder 1 teaspoon Chopped Walnuts 50g (¼ cup) For the Icing: Butter 75g (⅓ cup) Powdered Sugar 200g (1 ¾ cups) Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional) Instant Coffee 1 tablespoon Warm Milk 2-3 tablespoons Few Whole Walnuts Cocoa powder to sprinkle Baking pan 7-inch round Measuring cup size - 240ml Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 35-40 minutes
