    Thanks a lot for this man! These exercices helped me more than 100 tutoriales explaining the technique, one question, are you right footed or left footed? does it matter for the flares?

    Thanks my friend! Actually my job is a trainer / coach! So I try to make clear the crucial points of the movement. I am left footed and I spin counter clockwise. Exactly how I perform in the video. Usually those who use better the right leg for the coffee grinder (helicopter move) they spin counter clockwise. Hope I helped.     Lol, ok, sure, let me just casually do a V-sit to stalder press to straddle planche, then I'll be _warmed up_ to do a flare *eye roll

    I believe that these exercises help a lot. Some cannot do V-sit or straddle planche but can flare. Once you have enough strength and flexibility, technical skills are easier
