30g condensed milk
40g sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
60g room temperature unsalted butter
25g room temperature eggs
125g cake flour
1g salt
30g sugar powder

I remember having these for the first time when I was about 10. My dad used to drive us to New Jersey as he used to have someone help with taxes. (Talking about mid to late 90s). The couple we used to visit was so nice and used to buy us these tarts. But the top was caramelized. It was the fondest memory I used to have going to their home. Dad did taxes, my big bro and I played in the back yard and we ate these ❤❤❤

@@ourbucketlist8880 sorry for the late reply - i actually overcooked them, but even then they were still super delicious! the custard was nice and smooth once cooked. my tins were not as deep as the ones used in the video, so i had custard left over. if you have more shallow tins, half the original custard recipe
