What a beautiful and extra educational video - thanks !!! May I ask which Maui beaches have the most gentle entry into the ocean from the beach ? I have knee arthritis and now need to hone in on safe-entry and exit from the ocean. Cheers !

All the beaches I mentioned are very calm and easy to enter/exit. We recommend going early morning as the water is very still/calm. Once the wind picks up the waves that break on shore can be a bit more challenging. And avoid swimming in the ocean the day after any heavy rains/storms. Water can be murky. Hope that was helpful!! Hi and many thanks ! I just came back from Waikiki beach in front of the Halekulani is a small wedge of beach that to my surprise, dropped down approx. 3 feet not far offshore. It was a real pain to work my way back out of the water. I have to laugh because i use to get in and out of that area without a struggle, but now there's a steep shelf. I now plan to visit Maui and hope that one of the beaches on your video allows for better luck - in the AM for sure ! Mahalo !@@gyrokyro
