I know!

I glue it twice! Titebond 3 on the frame and let dry. Then final glue. I fear the thickness of construction adhesive might untrue the curve. Grat video. Thanks !

In addition to the technique, I had no clue about the flexible plywood, aka wiggle board, I have an application that this would provide an exceptional solution.

Hi, can you explain how do you apply the veneer for the cabinet at the end of the video ? Do you use contact adhesive, a vacuum bag or another method ?

Hi. Sorry just saw this. I used wood glue and strapped and clamped another curved piece of mdf on top

On the DJ booth they a C channels that I stamped in my hydraulic press that are welded back to back.
