I understand how you feel sis..you’re absolutely right, sometimes you can’t just hold in how you’re feeling..a good release here and there is always needed. We, as women, always put ourselves on this pedestal to have everything together and sometimes the weight is too heavy and we have to let go and let God carry some of it. The only person who has control is God and he wouldn’t test you during this season if he didn’t think you wouldn’t be able to handle it. It’s tough, it hurts and sometimes it doesn’t make sense, but at the end it’s worth going through because something is ALWAYS greater and better on the other side. This season is an intentional one (for myself as well) and I’m learning to trust the process! You got this 🙏🏾💜🫶🏾

baby girl! I am a hairstylist out of LA! and me, she, her most definitely shampoo my beauties hair! I'm from the old school in that way! I don't get that this is even a thing! Most people don't even clean their hair and scalp as good as they need to. But! even if they did1 its just not my thing to have my beauties shampoo their own hair. that should be an automatic part of a GREAT! Experience. I HATE THAT FOR YOU.
