Mistakes are going to happen in life !! Mistakes that are going to inconvenience you and waste your time. But that’s the opportunity to really show yourself someone of good character and allow it to roll off your back and continue to positively handle that encounter. I’m telling you God tests us to see exactly who we are when we are frustrated. ❤

I don’t know if a doctor would think to suggest this, but when I gave up gluten, so many inflammatory problems I was having went completely away, and I knew it was the gluten for sure, because when I accidentally consumed gluten after giving it up, all of those issues came rushing back. I think you can be gluten intolerant or sensitive and not realize it until you get older. I hope you get better soon ❤

You well might be dealing with a case of heat rash, and having a history of eczema can also make it worse. Definitely minimize, if not eliminate, using anything heavily fragrant consistently. Actually, exfoliating also helped a lot to remove that dead skin and smooth out texture. Slather on some shea or cocoa butter as much as possible----it's a game changer ❤ I can definitely understand how when the skin is acting up, it can do a number to your confidence and emotions

My sister had that, it looked exactly the same. Even in the same areas. They found out she was allergic to hair dye, cellophane, and hair glue. They gave her steroids too. Your allergy may not be those things. But it’s has to be something you’ve used ate etc…Crystal, it has to be an allergy of some sort. Back track and take note of the things you’ve done over the days this occurred (I mean even the smallest change you’ve done). I believe it an allergy to something. I also believe it’s gonna clear up too. My sister is fine now.🙏🏽🌹this will pass sis.

Hi Crystal, I too had eczema for years -- I found relief after having an allergy test done by a natural path doctor. The results were that I was gluten intolerant/allergic. I also found mild relief by drinking tomato juice (V8) every morning prior to my first meal. within a week, my flare-ups were less. Now, eczema free, and hope the same for you very soon.

Wow! I really hope you see this. I remember starting the natural hair journey I loved it, I watched all your videos. Hearing you say you have history of eczema but it’s never been like this. I literally said the same when I was experiencing this flare up. Doing hair care every 1-2 days weekly and using alllllllll the different products for my wash days triggered something called “Dyshidrotic eczema” only on my hands. I went to numerous dermatologists and allergists did the back allergy testing as well. Nothing was specified and I cried so many times because it kept coming back. I used cream over and over eventually it became calm I had no choice but to keep putting cream on and the itching stopped plus my hands weren’t dry and scabby. It will be an emotional healing because there is no cure. The doctors could never give me a answer to WHYs or HOWs or WHATs so I came to the conclusion the amount of products that I used daily wasn’t helping it. I had to decrease washing my hair so much. I know you recently started to body care. It truly the products your using especially if your doing it so much. You can definitely do everything the doctors recommend during your journey. I tried everything I possibly could. Just realizing there wasn’t a cure for eczema. No matter the questions I asked, medication, or lotions/oils. I had to change up something I enjoy doing for my hand to clear up. I’m sorry your going through this. It will get better!

I had that same skin thing when I went to Nigeria. It was heat rash. It was something with the heat and humidity that was messing with my skin and the soap I was using while I was over there. I switched to sensitive skin soap and stopped using anything with fragrances. No laundry detergent with scents, no fabric softners, no body lotion with scents. No hot showers. No letting my skin stay damp for extended periods of time. It went away in a few weeks.

Hi Crystal. I have been having random periods of itchy skin too, underarms, breasts, stomach, and arms. I definitely feel your pain and frustration. It will flare up different times of the day and will develop into a rash. I have no clue what’s causing it, but kudos to you for going to the doctor to check it out. I will tell you that aloe vera gel (not fresh aloe vera, but the kind you buy from a store for sunburn) helps calm the itch and rash. I’m keep the Jeju Aloe Gel from Avon in hand and it works wonders. Also, try to watch your calorie intake while on the steroid because it will make you gain weight. Praying you get some relief soon. ❤

Something very similar happened to me 10+ years ago and it was due to fragranced detergent. I can only use baby or fragrance free detergents. Nothing else. No fabric softner, etc. And this allergy developed randomly. My skin is sensitive to everythinghh it’s annoying. I had to rewash everything especially my sheets. I also had to stop using fragrances lotions and soap. I now use unscented dove only and I’m very careful about lotions / body butters.

Girl. I have been coated in Vanicream since December, dealing with the throes of a crazy eczema flare up - new spot for me this time on palms of hands and soles of feet 😤😭 and I haven’t flared in 10+ years It almost looks like your rash concern is a type of heat rash, or maybe something similar due to you already being sensitive skin-ded, although I would imagine your doc would’ve caught that if that was the case. I wish you all the best girl and hope both of us go easy (easier) with the scratching ❤

As one who's had eczema since my childhood, that definitely looks like a flare-up. Is your dermatologist aware of the ointments that you purchased from Mexico?? Also, refrain from taking hot baths & showers; scented lotions & creams... My face broke out badly.. Straight to CVS Pharmacy I went, purchased: Benadryl tablets (pink ones), Cortisone Gel, and fragrance-free Ponds cold cream.. All recommended by the Head Pharmacist 😊 Washed face with cool water... Within a week's tyme, my face cleared up... Now, as for Cetaphil and those other 'dermatologists approved' body wash, they made me itch more.. Check those ingredients for Moisturizing ingredients, preferably Oils... Currently using Dr Bronner's Unscented body wash & bar soap... Great for sensitive skin ❤ Moisturizing cleanser! Good Vlog to help others going through Eczema breakouts & flare-ups

It could be your detergent, dryer sheets, body wash or lotion. For me it was my detergent. Every time we switched detergent, I would have serious eczema issues. Though, a change in my diet later in life completely changed that. Someone mentioned gluten, I too have gluten sensitivity, but I occasionally will sneak something gluten and I do feel the wrath. In the meantime, try any “free and clear” detergent. Keep in mind detergents are the only thing that go on your clothes, which hug your ENTIRE BODY. Hopefully you get better

I had a similar experience after I received the covid vaccine. My dermatologist stated that it cause my eczema to exacerbate and it was all over my body. Because of this I now have sun sensitivity that exacerbates it when I’m outside too long in intense heat. I forget what it’s called but I was told this can happen with people who suffer from eczema. The steroid helped with the itching and cleared it up a bit. I hope you feel better soon because the feeling is unreal.

I would definitely go plant based and get an allergy test. Sorry you're in so much discomfort. 🙏🏾 Also, maybe an oatmeal bath would help with the itchiness.

Change your diet to plant based for a period of time. Also go on a Detox program.

Dermatologist told me I have psoriasis she gave me a heavy cream like vaseline. It didn't work. I went to an all natural ingredients body products store and I used natural dead sea cream for my whole body and I used black soap to shower with. It does not have parfume in it. But it really helped me to get rid of the patches. Maybe you can try it to. Try aloë so you would scratch as much. Hopefully it can help you. Love your video's😊❤ I am from the Netherlands, I used dead sea cream from the brand de Tuinen. I don't know if there is a store with that product there. As long it is al natural you can try it. Maybe tea tree can help against the itching. I really wish I could help you😔viral hug🤗❤

Hello Unsure of the product that was used Patricia Bright washed her baby girl in, she slowed her flare ups down with it, she was tired of the steroids. I wish I had the name of the product. Heyyy Jay and Bubba💕
