Behringer System 100m Eurorack modules explanation and jam

Ғылым және технология

Behringer announced it’s system 100m Eurorack system some time ago, and slowly some of the modules have appeared in stores recently. We were able to collect six of them, and will quickly show how they look and what they do. And we build a sound patch with them to let you hear how it sounds.

Great use of the gates to add rhythmic changes.

Have here all these without the 173. Use the Input 1 on the 112 modul but not fully open. Seems in my opinion get a better tracking.95% around and using the pitch knob to callibrate them. behringer should build a multiple active version additional but it works with my 994 from the moogline.

I would love to hear what the "ARP 2500" clone modules will sound like?

What effects did you use to get the stereo spread?

None! The double voices are just panned out creating a stereo image. As mentioned at the end some reverb was added but this just adds to the space.

    12:43 you need thinner cables

I think it's an interface fail - when the buttons sliders and knobs are too small and cabling just hides it all, you got a great modular patch, without the ability to play it on the fly.

Still haven't got a clue how to use, set up or even hear or play any of it. Been trying to understand for months, and nobody really tells you the basics. It's like some elitist club

I recommend the book „Electronic Music: Systems, Techniques, and Controls“ by Allen Strange. It will give you a solid foundation of knowledge to begin your journey. Good luck!
