I lived in West Afrika...Ghana... There is a super power and great spirit in it... Where many People are far from Innet with empty pockets and absolutely happy, always smile and kind to any race...and never pretend! Thats True... I started Vims method and i feel great... Dear Wim, thank you I have so much love for you! I have been doing your breathing meditations up to 3x daily and cold showers for almost 5 months and I ADORE IT! My question: a few times when I've imagined healing specific trauma experience during the breathholds I actually see chakras spinning and even when I open my eyes for many moments, and I feel healed! I was SOOOO happy to visit this September Przesieka, see your house and stay 4 minutes in the water of your waterfall ! I also LOVE the surroundings of you house you showed in other video. No more meat - right? Not for me anyway. It isn't that I don't have good memories of flavor it's just I think of what the animal endured and I can't bring myself to eat them anymore. It was different with the native Americans for they were respectful loving and nothing was wasted. Now, it's cruel and unkind. Thank you Wim - you the man!

One of the easiest things to do is to stop seeing pests as pests. Every creature has a purpose, a vital job to perform in an unimaginably diverse system put in place by the creator. No need to kill moles. They provide water distribution and aeration to the soil. Hornets and wasps clean up the dead, like so many others. Poop fertilizes the world. We need to look at our world as a partner, not an adversary to force into submission. Our job is to tend the garden. Right on Wim.

"live without fear and in harmony with the nature..." ... well, that just makes me think about other parts of the world where there are tons of poisonous insects and stuff, where i will probably never travel. But allowing tourists without cars is a smart move i think, they gonna have a harder time polluting the place with plastic if they can only take as much as they can carry.
