A friend of mine was going through divorce, lost his job, and his mother passed away. Horrible point of his life. Close to suicide. Couldn't shake off the depression. One day I grabbed him, told him to drive. Told him I'll fix him. Took him to this woodland, no cars, no airplane noise, no concrete, only trees and some deers around us. We sat there quietly for an hour or so, didn't say a word. Suddenly he stood up and took a deep breath. Stretched out. Look at me and said "I feel much better. I feel good.".

That's part of why he is so relaxed. He is grounded running around with bare feet :D

Thanks for WHM I love it. For me its hard to stick with something for longer periods. But the breathing and the cold showers really got me hooked. A day without the breathing or the cold shower, is a day missing something for the rest of the day. Nice to see your beautiful garden. 😊🙏

Yeah TRUE, but also with that tech u are able to watch WIM and learn and things like the Wim Hof Technique to empower yourself and pretty much anything... don’t blame the tech, be accountable for oneself, your own way of being/living. it only has ‘power’ if power is given away. Blaming tech or anything else is weakness and an excuse for not taking responsibility for self.

Wow! You live in a beautiful place. I love those plants, especially the palms. You must have a relatively warm winter for a Date Palm to survive. I mostly love those trachycarpus. They are my favorites.

I love his constant analogies about kingdom of plants being equal to kingdom of humans.. Be like a tree, ground yourself, grow against harsh climate conditions(and the system we r trapped in), adapt, overcome and ultimately blossom out for the world. Peace to yall.
