I suppose you have taken my comment out of context since I hadn't mentioned anything about fans restricting themselves from sharing their joy for a popular person/group with other like-minded people. The fault lies in the way I had typed that comment by stating "fans like you," making it seem like a personal attack than simply an awareness tag. I rather should've specified that it's the situations such as these that most people tend to find irritating since it strays away from the actual topic in discussion. I must state that I say this with experience and insights from the general users who come across such comments very often. Not that it's wrong - no. Fans can share their happiness over their favourite people all they want but more suitably after they acknowledge what the *original comment* actually discusses. I am aware that I'm stretching this a little, you can read this only if you want to. It's very possible that I'm just another irritable and touchy person or that I'm a bit observant of the subtle impacts popular fanbases have on the internet. You could say I overreacted on a simple statement such as "army," since I was not basing my comment on that one reply but a wider perspective. On most comment section threads (with significantly more exposure), within my experience, I have encountered toxic conversations starting with replies as gentle as "ARMY or a fan-made jargon" which eventually develops into a comparison between one's favourite popular people and the idea/person/people being discussed on the actual video that they are watching. For instance, a hardcore Beyoncé fan bringing up her name in a video about a nuclear arms deal without any connection at first and then as it snowballs into a comparison between Beyoncé's album record sales and the rate of neo-colonisation of countries. Also, I have deleted my previous comment out of understanding. *I suppose I'm wrong, sorry*
