If you don’t have a piercing decoration you can also use the Rath Soul coil a+. It gives piercing and you can pretty much just trade it for the Nargacuga Faulds.

I feel like after the Gluttonous direcannon all other HBG are unlocked a while later for instance trying to make Crimson Kadachi Lion 2 you wont be able to fully make until you fight the Acidic Glavenus , Accursed bellow needs brute Tigrex etc, and there is a shit ton of monsters to that point still a decent guide though.

The problem with Heavy Bowgun is it is essential to have all the gems and gear if you want to solo quest in master rank. I sware, some master tempered monsters are so annoying if you try to fight them with a heavy bow gun. The gems you need to make the HB optimal are so rare; that’s it’s better to go with a normal melee weapon. My weapon of choice are: GS;CB; HH; long sword(if I feel like learning it again); sometimes HB.

you say the tigrex build is early game but for the tigrex build the sticky ammo is only good on the final upgrade for tigrex hbg which you can only get in the endgame

I do like when it says beginner build but piercing shot, spread ammo are not like beginner decos :). Nice vid non the less .

it’s because in the video he’s using the Accursed Bellow which is the brute tigrex/final upgrade for the tigrex howl. you can only fight brute tigrex after unlocking the guiding lands which is endgame :/

How obtain 5 modifier in hbg & lbg ? In begginer master rank only have 3-4 modifiers. I can’t use this sets because new in game and don’t have decorations but I have kadachi and rath lbg por elemental build with 3 narga and artisian arms y kadachi o rath coil for elemental + I think its great set for begginer.

Depends on what HBG you use. Higher rarity HBGs will have more mod capacity

Yeah, but this video is about early hbg builds...

yeah not viable builds at all most monsters will 1 shot you before you can kill them so unless you are a dodging god not viable at all.

guess everyone in monster hunter world begins the game at hunting the alpha versions of monsters, i have had zero luck with searching for Hbowgun builds with how utterly evasive the simple word "beginner" builds is to every youtuber currently breathing lmao pointless video.

All of these are beginner builds. You can get to a point where you can start farming and have access to all the monsters required (minus one or two) within a few days of a completely new character solo, and even far less time if you spam SOS; granted you might not get all the decorations, but the gear is all well and done. In contrast, Endgame versions of these builds requires weeks if not months to complete if you're unlucky with the decorations, not sure how any HBG builds can get more "beginner" than these listed, there are no "builds" before this stage of the game, it's just spamming whatever ammo you got with defender set.

none of this is beginning level shit .i havent even finished the main story yet and want to know where to start and no one seems to have any real info.
