  Just equip "Heat Guard" decoration so you can fight him more comfortably without worrying whether his burning aura will damage you. Also a piece of "Guard Up" to block the Nova will help, if your weapon has shield mechanics. As for Lunastra, I believe her wind pressure is more problematic. So, you can put some wind resist to deal with it. Then, her Nova will be easier to deal. Rather than doing superman dive over and over, you can just take the damage head on, then eat Astera Jerky to heal all the red health bar instantly.

  Also one thing to note with health aug on bow. It is really not worth bc of how little it does in my experience. I went for all elements instead since it is still good for raw. Ps: no forceshot 2 and spread 2?

  The divebomb is easy dodgeable with a panic dive, if you didn't use it earlier too much

  Just a heads up, I am aware that Ruiner Nergigante draws with a few monsters in turf wars. But this short was covering the basic version of Nergignate who has limited interactions with other monsters :c

  Lure them to the open doors at the front of Cathedral (after you open shortcut) they can't get through the door, you can slay all three at the same time.

  My favorite weapons are the bow and dual blades i love the look and feels of the great big weapons but the movements are too slow for me, by nature as a gamer i tend to move real quick so im glad after finally getting into this game i found 2 weapons i really like. You're good with that damn thing fr fr 😂

  After trying elemental builds these two weapons have shot up to the top of my rankings. These poor monsters are getting melted it’s just not fair 😂 Also not whiffing my attacks is always a plus

  the sonic bombs don't work when the monter is enraged , and using them will enrage the moster the same as when when the slinger ammo is used to rame the moster into a wall. i believe when the moster is tiered they can't get enraged , that is the best time to use everything against them, and using the slinger ammo to get a small flinsh can work wonders , tenderizing parts is a key for parts breaking and if you want to focus a leg for example. i am sure it feels the master rank mosters stay less time tenderized. at first encounter with a moster they always roar , you can make them flinsh with a slinger ammo to Interrupt and ram them into a wall , it seems raming them will tigger rage after the second time and doing it one time won't change the damage needed to enraged them since fighting them while they are calm is easier and can be used to dash tons of damage.

  true and I find it more useful to add sharpness management skills over damage buffs , because if I am going to interrupt my hunt more often to sharpen my weapon if i go to damage directly. and ground attacks are a priority to use , aerial attacks for repositioning and to break the wings of a moster. the 30% aerial attack dico is very infortant.

  Does anyone know how to get to the left side of the map? I've ran through that Black Knight horsemen guy, The death Rite bird, and made it to Castle sol, but can't figure out how to get to the left side. I need to get to the left side to be teleported to Mohg so I can start the DLC. I accidentally hit new game plus, and have been just doing the bare min to start the DLC. Defeating Mohg is my last step. I'm already in the snow region now.

  There's a site that has a guide on what monsters and monsties there are and what attack they use as well as their weakness and ways to increase the retreat rate

  It seems to be that monsters attacks are a lot more random in this game than the second. You just need to pay attention to what attacks the monsters are doing. Usually they repeat in threes so for example, the monster might do power, tech, power and then repeat that with skills in-between. Pay attention to if you or your monster is in a head to head because that's usually when the monster will be doing a power, tech or speed move. I'm not the best at explaining but I hope that helped a little.
