Thanks for the info! 🙂👍🏽 How do you come up with the financial values for requirements? Is it also sometimes a part of business analyst’s job to calculate profit and costs of requirements or does it come from business development and PM?

Value of a requirement could be direct, like how many hours will the new feature speed up the process multiplied by salary per hour of the employee doing the job multiplied with the amount of executions. Another way is the strategic relevance of the requirement. Will it bring us closer to other partners where we can generate more revenue? Just to give some examples. BAs can be tasked to do the job, but mostly its done a level above, like product owners or management
