Clear and in-depth inspection of this powerful technique. Makes the other youtube results superficial in comparison.

Great video, very helpful!
perfect video thank you so much
Using preado and then 5 whys is a great way to tie it down, and then like the reverse idea to make it practical again.

We will be uploading move videos like this one soon. Keep an eye on our channel!
For me, the background music was too loud.
Can someone please give me one of the real time scenario wherein P1 ticket has breached (major incident management) and we need to perform fishbone analysis for the same? Kindly let me know the by colleting all possible causes for the incident (potential or what happened) under 6M. This will be really helpful if someone could help me here in finding a solution.
I like how the video fast forwarding through the guy writing on the whiteboard. There's nothing more tedious than watching somebody ran a whiteboard.
my only question after watching this video was where this guy comes from. Based on his style and accent I'd say Belgian. Anybody here who knows for sure?

The fishbone will never go out of flavour. Simple and powerful at the same time, every project should have one.
All of this stuff is just a waste of time.
