This is a great base mince beef recipe that you can use to turn into lots of dishes such as Chilli, Lasagne, Spag Bol etc.
Make a big batch of it & when cooled pop it into freezer bags in portions.
Ingredients:
2 x onions (finely sliced)
2 x carrots (washed & diced)
2 x celery sticks (washed & diced)
500g beef mince
2-3 cloves garlic (peeled & finely chopped)
2tbs Tomato Puree
1 x beef stock cube
400ml tinned tomatoes (+ water to loosen)
2 x bay leaves
Rosemary or Thyme
