Let's make easy Beef Gyudon with Onsen Egg.
The good thing about cooking at home is you can have a large serving and eat to your heart's delight. I was happy with the result of the Onsen egg since this is my first time making this. The beef cooks fast, and the sauce tastes delicious. This is a very easy lunch or dinner recipe!

*Kindly refer to the video for the Ingredients.
*Procedure:
1. Cook the Onsen Egg and set it aside.
2. Combine all ingredients except for the beef.
3. When the sauce has simmered, check and taste.
4. Add the beef sukiyaki cut and mix.
5. This will cook fast - cover and simmer for 2 minutes then turn off the heat.
6. To assemble - start with the Japanese rice in a bowl, put the beef and pour some sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onion, then place the Onsen egg.
7. Crack the egg with a spoon and Eat it with the rice and beef. Enjoy!
