1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
5.2 oz/150 g beef
1/3 tsp oyster sauce
1/3 tsp soy sauce
3/4 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
3/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 sliced of ginger, minced
1 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 stalk of green onion, chopped

I use Tri-tip, you could use any cut of beef without tendon.🙂
