11:55 "Why is the Engineer ripped?" Well you can't carry around 40 kilogram demolition charges and 10 kg anti tank mines (or in TF2:s case, dispensers, sentries *and* the entire *goddamn team* ) all day _without_ getting jacked as all f██k.

8:29 I agree on this with many things. I hate fighting Pyro as Pyro, and I used to hate fighting Pyro as Soldier, but I learned the counterplay. When a heavy shreds me, as a Pyro main playing pyro, I accept it because he's my counter, and I could chip him down, distract him, flank him, avoid him, or I dunno, airblast him out the door? There are ANSWERS is all. There is one exception to this rule and that is Sniper. You cannot fight a Sniper as any class ever, and you will show me videos and I will say stream it live and let's see how many times you died to that sniper before you got him. I can respect the Classic, or the Sydney Sleeper, or even THE HUNTSMAN. If they're using Jarate Bushwacka, I respect it because they're at least fighting me fairly. If they Random Crit me with their melee, I respect THAT because at least they're fighting fairly. Other rifles are OP. I respect Random Crits more than Sniper Rifles, other than those two + Huntsman.

When people complain about something being op in a game I always think about how I’d love to see those people go and play a game where literally everyone is forced to use the same gun on the same character on a map with very basic pvp design so no little hiding spots and stuff so literally just normal human with a gun in a field or something and watch as they try to find an excuse for why the they’re losing to people that are better than them and yes I know sometimes things in games can be op but most of time it’s people that don’t understand that they can’t just do what they want and expect to win all the time unless they are actually better than everyone on the enemy team

Demo's hat is modeled as a reference to a fabric headcrab. heavy's got a wrestling mask, pyro maybe with the bone mask but they were kinda vibing for the most part. bruh, slimy brain today, eh? also about being a toxic smartass, gooper gooner attacter, sentries are supposed to be roadblocks, and in 6:46 to your point, there is no flank route from a sentry in that spot. it'll shoot down onto the objective / you making your way towards it, dummy.

Widowmaker shotgun uses your Metal Supply for ammo instead of bullets, BUT if all the pellets in your shotgun spray hit the target, you get a “refund” for the metal you spent firing the gun. So yeah, as long as you’re close enough to the enemies that you can consistently nail them with your full spray, it becomes a gun that never runs out of bullets, or needs to be reloaded.

  • @BaconGamign

I honestly would've assessed tf2 as a game with a pretty reasonable online skill gap. Yes, tf2 absolutely designed maps and classes in a way where there's always more to learn, but I specifically remember tf2 getting it's hooks in on me when I came to understand just how reasonably comparable the skill gap between a conservative player who gets a character's game plan and can solidly pull their weight vs a long time pro who knows all the tips and tricks thus can take more stylish risks. In so many games with online PvP that gap is so much wider and that learning curve is so much less accepting especially when compared to basically all major fighting game communities and even for more recent/upkept FPS franchises like Call of Duty and Counterstrike have such a strong barrier of entry that TF2 manages to get around when it really should have this issue as stong as any game from how I understand it(and TF2 literally does have these issues in tiny niché(?) regards, such as being considered a solid soldier player when you suck and rocket jumping or anything involving the Mann Up mode subcommunity).

Support classes are broken. Medic’s Uber almost saves the game every time, and Engie’s weaponry and machinery can make him deal with almost EVERY class! Turrets are the best machinery in every engineering class imo.

Right at the beginning: Yeah, LP sometimes has a way to catch you off-guard, doesn't he? 😁 And then again when he had to use his own rock-hard body to defend the sentry. Lets face it, he *had^ to be rock hard to block those last rockets...🤭 LP has this consistent (but highly effective) use of editing his own animations in with short clips of actual game footage for humor. Probably the next best "How It Feels" video to watch next would be "How It Feels To Suffer In SFM (spooky)." Lazy Purple uses a lot of the Engineer clips from this one as examples so it's best to watch when *this* video is still pretty fresh in your mind. In the "SFM" video, Lazy Purple demonstrates beyond any reasonable doubt, that he is indeed NOT lazy. Also, if some of the items used in TF2 intrigue you, there's The Winglet's series of "Meet The Items" done in a similar format to the official Meet The Team videos. BTW, if the Sniper's Jarate seems more intriguing than most other items, then perhaps Master Rhino's "The JarateThon" video can quench that thirst...If not, then there's no hope left for you.
