He needs to guarantee a kill even if it costs him his life, so using the Spycicle and losing a stab is super not worth it, even if he survives. A Spy dying to kill anyone else is super worth it. Diamondback is banned in HL, so he isn't allowed to use it. Plus L'Etranger cloak bonus is so good.

When you get into comp you realize that you'll rarely ever get a kill streak 3 kills at the MOST so you need to go for trade kills so the diamondback would be a terrible pick but the letranger has a passive effect
