Beautiful Vegetable Curls Garnish
Follow this recipe to make the most beautiful Vegetable Curls Garnish using vegetable leaf stems. You can use the stems/stalks if different vegetable like Beets, radishes, Swiss chard, rainbow chard, cabbage, etc,
Once the vegetable stems have curled up they can also be pickled and seasoned.

Yes, they are edible. Did you see the dish at the end of the video? They can be used to garnish different dishes and salads. The curls can be also seasoned or pickled. 👍
