What a gorgeous condo! The details of the place - the lighting, the mirador, the wheelchair access, the furnishings, fireplace, soaking tub (!), niches and coves and shelves, kitchen counter space, the lake and mountain views, and so much more - really make the place. The HOA fees are $150.00 per year! San Antonio is a wonderful area. Yes, I agree this place is going to sell quickly.
