Howdy Rich, what a beautiful property and with the furnishings, the price is a great buy. I noticed from the roof- top mirador the mountain views are spectacular. The mountains are very green, guess y’all have had rain. Thanks for sharing this lovely property wish we was moving this summer instead of next summer. 2025. I am impressed, looking for a retirement home, very near time to punch out for the last time with this company. I am considering Mexico. Worried about being a expat, but the Good old USA is just becoming too much to afford… I will be doing more research and planning, hopefully I will make some decisions…I will be watching… Thanks so much for your great information…

Great cozy place. I'll love to see some properties that you may have available in the market. As I visit guadalajara. That area is seem peaceful. I live in UTAH, USA. Hope that is no impediment for me to buy property as I said I travel to mexico about 2-3 times a year

Why do you show houses that are no longer available? If I'm looking for a home, why would I want to see something I can't have?

Wow, that lot size is ridiculous! I didn't think they could build a house on that small of a lot! Way too many houses in Mexico have minuscule lots! I don't get why?! All that unoccupied land...

So, just hypoallergenicly, if I was a chupacabra, would this home be a suitable place?

It is not needed in this part of Mexico. We have really good weather all year round

Do you ever get homes with solar (other than what powers the hot water)?
