@thevettedude66 True. This is a Tom Nelson built motor and Supra owners don't even try to talk smack about this car because this car eats up 1500hp + supras.

The rear end is forged from liquid adamanteum, the same metal that makes up the structure of Wolverine.

@pyro74boy I know but he makes the engines. I love those engines as much as you do and I'm not a Supra fan either. I was pointing out that not all racing is done in a straight line. Any Jap/Euro car used for drag racing is a bad test, as we in general build our cars for road courses with corners, not drag racing. I think it basically stems from racing history, you guys had Indy, dragracing and Nascar, we had Formula 1 and Rally. Diffrent goals to focus on.

I was wondering since you build engines & things like that have you ever made a cam or cams that allow 2 cylinders to fire at once. For example on a V8 when a piston is at TDC on one side, the opposite side has a piston TDC also. Perhaps you could invent an engine that fires 2 pistons each time it fires so that it could have twice the horse power or torque.

Kinda' silly to compare this car to a Veyron.. for one, a Veyron can't do 7s in the quarter and who cares about that kind of top end. Yea, Bugattis are nice but for daily driving? give me a Pontiac 'dialed back' to 1000hp. Also, Nelson assisted in a class record at Bonneville so you might want to look that up.

Also you need to check out the Nelson racng website and you wll see that NRE cars are good for more then just Drag racing hell the point is that you can drive a car like this down the track and run 7,s in the 1/4 mile and drive this same car home on the street anytime you want to. Look at all of Mr Nelsons videos before you say any of these tests are bad because Mr Nelson is second to NONE.

Amazing car and motor. But it seems a little useless to have all that power when you can't put it to the ground.

On a sticky track with heated tires, it will hook up. No chance on the street, but on the 1/4 mile drag strip it’ll blow your hair back.

MrLincoln87 ... You Sir are correct. Most here don’t realize how sticky a drag strip with heated tires is. These cars will hook up just fine on the drag strip, but it’s just a smoke show on the street.

Barely any if no street Comp, i bet, somebody that just hears and FEELS the CrAzY power, vibe or just the smell of so much fuel and burn off.......... Yes Sir, you will be playing all by your self, lmao.
