Beast Mode Activated: Upgrading Our Monster Moto 80cc Mini Bike with the Predator 212cc

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

In this video, we're upgrading our Monster Moto 80cc Mini Bike with a Predator 212cc engine thanks to a good deal on Facebook Marketplace. The Predator 212cc engine is designed to provide more power, speed and torque, making our Monster Moto 80cc bike into a beast mode machine and the results are proof.
This engine upgrade is a big step up for our Monster Moto 80cc Mini Bike, and it makes us want to go fast even more now! We'll also be installing a new clutch and sprocket upgrade, making sure that our Monster Moto 80cc bike is able to run at top speed all the time! Next up on our mini bike build will be supporting mods to increase speed and add to safety.

Hi Drew. Thanks for watching and sharing the kind words. We really appreciate it. Actually not a bad idea with the washers if you have some of that diameter. I didn't have any and the brass piece I bought was only $5 at the hardware store so I wen with that option. Washers at the store might have been cheaper. I guess I mentally jumped to a solid piece when it wasn't really needed. LOL.

I'm going to move foot peg tube to other side of frame on mine and most likely make a longer mounting plate so i can get motor as far forward as possible. Then make some plates to put behind axle for a couple More inches of wheelbase leaving old axle brackets in place so i can go back to stock location if i want. Mine will be pretty fast so longer is better! Nice clear video!

Thank you for watching and sharing. Sounds like a sick couple of projects there. I can certainly see how extending it will help with the speed. Wish mine had then when I tested it after some spring changes. It went right out from under me because it was so quick. Once the weather improves, we plan on doing an update video on what that change was and doing another speed test to see how much of the throttle we unlocked on it. Come back and let us know how your mods turned out and stay safe buddy!

+10mph is a nice improvement. Good speed for the big kids as we’re like Tim Taylor (More Power!) haha and fitting shirt. For grinding down metal try a flap disc as they can take a lot of material off in a hurry.

You're right on the flapper wheel. I have one that I use a lot on the C10 project. I was just lazy on replacing what was on the tool. 🤣🤣. Those flappers are amazing little boogers.

theres a 212cc edition of the MM bike avaliable - ready assembled from the factory....costs double of the 105cc smaller bike...but you get more height to the frame and front shocks and ofc stronger 212cc motor. No need for swapping...i think il go for that one instead, thanks was originally set on smaller 80-105cc one but i think il have to splurge some more cash.../sigh =) Dont think id want to go through engine swapping...
