Nice video. Can you please explain how to model soil in ansys workbench? I am trying to apply lateral soil pressure on a retaining wall in ansys ?

Hello, I have questions. Why didn't you cut the beams? For example i want do analize in your model and i thinking about beams because one beams is inside the next beams and two beams intersect.

In real life you cut the beam to beam and i have qeustions whether this option is possible in spaceclaim?

It is 1D Modeling, where if you need to connect the 2 beams, you have to merge with each other. You can do cut the beams when you have 2D or 3D solid model.

We do have video for cad modeling, meshing and analysis. You need to explore all those vidoes in order to learn the software. We already linedup with lot of task so not able to spend time on your project. But you can let us know your concerns/questions for exceuting the projects, we will try to reply;

It is different CAD program. It is associate with ANSYS FEA software. You can do all design and CAD modeling operation on Spaceclaim.

@@graspengineering9249 After a search i realized that spaceclaim is the paid program with all the features that we need from a cad program. I started with DSM and i like it because it s easy to use and has got different philosophy from other programs. If the price of spaceclaim is affordable then glad to continue, otherwise i will switch to freecad.

If you can record this video more louder, It is better for me. Even though I set the max volume, it is less.
