Another brilliant video Roger. I love how you explain what you are doing and why. Always very informative as we often tend to forget the basics of fishing. The better you hunt, the more you will reap. Big thumbs up to your wife too, for her great camera work! She deserves more accolades! ✌️
Love to see your Alvey in action on these nights.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge with all of us fisherman ✔️💯. From Melbourne AUSTRALIA 👍🤠
I often find if a spot fishes well it fishes well the next day (unless the conditions really change) always worth going back and giving it a go
What a fabulous spot. That gutter you cast into at 20 minutes was perfect, and that whopper of a whiting did not surprise me. Congratulations Master Fisherman Roger Osborn.
These worms are huge!!! Well done Roger!
All your tips welcome ..... Thoroughly enjoy your channel
Look forward to this every week !
Hi Roger. Trust you are well. Thanks for the nice video. Again I learned a couple of tips before my trip to the Sunshine Coast. Thanks for that. I like your "wack in", "flick in" and " and "cast in". Here in South Africa we only know one way "throw in". Maybe thats why I dont catch anything.😂
Hey Roger enjoying your fishing videos watching from Port hueneme beach CA the pescadores 🎣
Incredible worms Roger!A worming video with worms that big would be awesome and interesting to see if you're having to wait them out a bit or if you still pull them straight out like you always seem to be able to do!
Best love your videos
Hi Roger, A trick to easily got the rod holder deep into the sand, where the sand is wet push it lightly into the sand, seal it like a didgeridoo and suck the air out. The rod holder with automatically go deeper into the sand.

Love watching your video Roger
When are you going to try eating stingray? And are they any good for bait?
Love your vids Roger. In a strong (pesky) sweep I love the grapnel sinkers. They will hold bottom. You would already know this I’ll bet but I had to throw my 2 bobs worth in 😀 I can’t remember seeing you use them.
Shovelies are delicious eating and easy to clean compared to rays. Thanks for another excellent video Roger.
what fishing knot do you use Roger?
Man, they were some of the fattest worms I've seen.
very nice whiting
Nice whiting roger welldone mate .
Beautiful beach im in Sydney. Please tell me the name of this beach. I luv your videos so much. I've learned so much from you. Many thanxs
Hey Roger, was just wondering how you prepare your Australian salmon before eating them. I caught one recently and don’t know how to cook it and what the best ingredients are to use

Gday..I don’t know what Roger thinks, but I bleed them immediately then fillet them. Make sure you eat them fresh. I cut the fillets into pieces and then egg and breadcrumbs. Australian Salmon a much underrated table fish

Really enjoy your worm catching, but I'm not sure if we in the United Kingdom have that type of beach worm , its interesting to see your technic , thank you
It would be nice to see the rig held still so we can see what you are using.
Go on Roger try a ray. Fry some strips in butter and soy, then dip it in Japanese mayo, with a little chilli flakes. Yummy.

Thats like me crumbing shit, would you try that?
@clackersclarke4450

@@BenMcRaeRednut Thats a bit rough mate. Roger has mentioned in a number of his vids that people eat them and that he was kind of considering it. I have eaten it a few times in restaurants and it is not bad at all. You know 60 years or so ago hardly any Australians would catch and eat squid, then we kinda followed the Italians and Greeks. Just because you are not incline to try does not mean it is not good.😀
How come the sun sets so much later in nsw at this time of year compared to perth? It's completely dark by 7pm here at the moment.
❤❤❤❤
Nothing beats a new Roger Vid, i sneak off to take a massive shit at work so i can watch
Roger just wondering if you've tried using garden worms?. Only asking cause I dont think we have beach worms in NZ.
Love from india. Plz make a vedio to target big fish. We would like you to catch big fish like 5-10 kg.
Any reason you're using Mono vs Braid at the beach Roger? Just personal preference, or is it better for some reason? I swear by braid myself. Keen to hear yours, and potentially any others thoughts. Cheers!
Roger do you do boat estuary.fishing in a boat?
Hi... Mate I'm going next week to merima bula beach for fishing with family near the resorts can u please help me find the right spot cause I'm struggling with reading beach & the right spot & about the setup cause I'm a beginner 😢 Best of luck with your fishing 🎣... Riz
Hi Roger, Just wanted to ask if you can help me out with finding a good beach to fish on. I usually go to some beaches but they have so much waves and its pointless. Can you suggest any beaches i can go to that are quiet and less wavey?
How come you don't use braid in the surf
Roger is there a new video today?
Hey Roger, got a brain teaser for you… when I use pilchards as bait, I find that as soon as they’re thawed they’re so soft and fall to pieces. If I manage to cast one out without it falling apart, after a few minutes in the water they disintegrate. I’ve seen you use them in other videos, am I getting the wrong pilchards?
Stingray is delicious. Beautiful fine white sweet flesh. Lovely BBQ'd like how the Greeks do octopus and garfish. Deeeelicious.
Hi Roger could you contact me i would like to send you a rig to try ?
