Hey, Briggsy. Live this one, and I have a fact for ya; when there's a storm or squall coming, barometric pressure is dropping, and the bite can be spectacular. It generally falls off after the weather system passes. Love the topwater blowups!

As a reef and rock angler in pacific marianas/micronesia, I highly recommend Hawaiian Angler Rock Spike Tabi Boots (blue camouflage) by IZUO.....protects feet toes ankles, uni-body hard rubber bottom sole with spikes (non-slip grip), neoprene upper will drain, long-lasting/durable (2-3 years depending constant rough exposure), safety peace of mind.......bwahahaha joe shadow.......always great vids briggsy !!!..........shaka Guam..

Hi John, definitely safety peace of mind...IZUO spike boots...when purchasing online (if unable to physically test fit boots......note - boots are very tight when dry new,) I suggest getting one (1) size up boots, for better comfort and little more clearance to enter/exit feet (example - if your normal shoe size is 11us/gb, then I recommend getting size 12 spike boots)...IZUO spike boots are uni-body, so bottom sole will not separate nor unglue from upper blue-camouflage neoprene material...as you probably experienced, upper and bottom soles of athletic sports/hiking shoes DO separate/unglue when submerged in saltwater for a long time...of course, IZUO spike boots are not to be used on boat floors...I hope cavy considers these IZUO spike boots too for durability and his safety on pacific extreme coral rocks/reefs, instead of those dinky black ones he wears hahahaha.....btw, extremely dangerous sharp/slippery reefs and rocks on guam.....Briggsy/John - awesome camaraderie, always be safe.......shaka Guam..... @malosilures

With all the fresh water, those fresh water estuaries aren't really good fishing areas. They're more like breeding and baby fish sanctuaries. The outermost ledge off of places like that should be pretty fertile.

Hi Mate, it’s pretty rare but does happen regardless of singles, trebles, assists. It almost never ruins the eye itself though, just gets caught in the outer zone. If a fish is legal size and damaged badly it’s prolly best to bring them home for dinner 👍
