Hi Roger great content . Can you show me how to fish the surf for whiting and bream using a side cast reel.?
This makes me wish to live in Australia and not in Austria, where I am from. So much fun always for you ❤👋

Great spot 👍 not bad of the rocks there in the morning either. The weed was horrendous all the time I was there.

Roger, I always hated catching sting rays, but after watching how you handle them, I now feel quite comfortable retrieving my hook and especially when returning them back to the water. Thank you. 😊
I appreciate when you highlite were your cast lands. Your show and a brittish one called the fish locker are the only ones i watch consistantly. Thank you.

@@miskeen8701 I’m in the states and when I go fishing off of the Delaware coast or in the bay, rays will take most baits. Usually after you catch one or two chances are good rays moved in. Now I know some people will eat them, but when you’re targeting certain species, rays can tie you up a while, especially big ones. Sharks are just as bad. They seem to keep the target fish away. I usually just move to another spot to get away from them. Then sometimes you can get the fish you came for. I’ve never been a fan of rays and don’t like catching them.
Ciao Roger, thank you for another wonderful video! Marco and I were towards the other end of the beach three nights ago (under a beautiful Milky Way and new moon), and had a great time catching lots of tailor using strips of fresh yellowtail!
Hi roger, big fan~ really like your interaction with Lozza too, just wondering if you can do a series on squiding in general and maybe a challenge on squiding by the beach
Thanks Roger

This is one great fun video! could you make groupers fishing video please? Also, I found a way that I use when small fish keeps stealing my bait (salted little dried shrimps), I hook the bait and I wrap it several times with thin braided line then tie it well. this way only targeted big fish will be able to eat my bait where it will have to swallow it!

Hi ! Great video! I've been wanting to get into surf fishing but I'm in a wheelchair so that can make beach fishing challenging. I'm going to pugrchase a new type of wheelchair this year that has wider tires and can actually go onto sand. Anyway I wanted to tell you thst you can eat stingray and shovelnose sharks which look almost like stingrays but instead of a stinger they have a tail with fins. Stingrays are very testy. You need a pretty good sized one because you can only eat the wings. Cut them ooff close to the body and peel the skin. The meat in the wings are separated with a layer of cartilage in the center with meat on the top and bottom of the wings. If you want cook them first and then with your fork eat the meat on top and then the bottom disguarding the cartilage center when you finish eating one side, then the other. Try it and then drop me a message and tell me how you liked the taste This is how I do it and I think the meat is delicious. You can look online for recipes. Enjoy! Tight lines and bent poles! See you at your next video! Looking forward to it! John

Roger, Another great video but being at the beach is its own reward. As for tasting worms, two of my mates, Sandy White and Sally Mon reckons they're pretty good!! You deliberately threw those fish back as you were fancying Thai. I know people. !

Hi Geoff, I can't remember what I had for dinner that night 😊I do like my food though!
All rays are protected in NSW. At Lennox Head 7 Mile beach just after high tide you catch a banjo ray (as you caught) on every cast. Time to leave.

Hi Roger, I noticed you cast with your left hand & wind with your right. Are you a lefty or ambidextrous?
I cannot believe you let that salmon go right after you said you were hungry for dinner. Doesn’t that drive your camera person crazy? It would make me crazy.
G’day Roger, when you catch salmon do you bleed them directly into the water to act as burly?

Patrick, some people are toxic (don't pay attention to them)... Anyway, those worms are harmless as you can see from Roger's videos. Just imagine its a snail or fish. You can get some in your local tackle shop if you are afraid to pull them out of the sand and that way you will get used to them.
